This page is dedicated to Godby MEGA Reunion 2026 EVENT DAY, Saturday June 6th, to give you insight into what to expect. Godby MEGA Reunion policies are established to keep you safe and ensure proper order for smooth operations.
All participants are expected to honor event policies.
Failure to comply is grounds for immediate vacation of the premises.
Tents will be provided for all classes. Classes with 20+ registrants will receive a dedicated tent. Classes with fewer than 20 registrants will be grouped with 2–3 other classes. Each tent includes one 6ft or 8ft table and a limited number of chairs.
Since tents will be provided on-site, bringing a personal tent is not necessary. However, attendees who wish to bring their own tent may do so, provided it does not exceed 10' x 20' and is fully set up prior to the start of the event.

FAQ
Q: Can I purchase a ticket at the gate?
A: No. Deadline for ticket registration is Sunday, May 24th, 2026. EXTENDED June 3rd. Only guests who are registered and included on the final guest list will be admitted.
Q: What do I need for check-in?
A: ALL participants must provide their name and a Driver's License to confirm ID and Date of Birth (21+). We encourage you to provide a hard or electronic copy of your ticket in case of discrepancies.
Q: When can I pick-up my T-Shirt?
A: For Godby Graduates only, who purchased a ticket on or before April 1st and/or anyone submitted an online order on or before May 25th (8am).

If you are sending someone to pick-up your t-shirt, they must show proof of your permission: Send them an email stating you give them (pick-up person's name) permission to pick-up your shirt. The email must be sent from an account with your name listed. No exceptions.

Q: What's the style of event?
A: Think family reunion meets summer barbecue: laid-back, fun, and full of good energy. We’ve created a spaces where guests can relax, connect, eat great food, and enjoy music and games throughout the day.

Q: What should I bring?
A: Family Reunion meets Summer Barbecue: You may bring a cooler, chair, portable fan, table, games, non-alcoholic beverages, and/or charcoal grill.
Q. Can I bring alcohol?
A: No. Alcohol is prohibited.
Q: I purchased a ticket. Where can I find it?
A: You should have received an email confirmation from Eventbrite. The ticket is located at the very bottom of the email. Or you can access it from the Eventbrite app.
Q: Are tickets refundable? What if it rains?
A: No. Tickets on non-refundable. We have a large indoor facility on site that will be used in the event of inclement weather.
