Q: Who can attend?
A: Open to Godby High School graduates from the classes of 1990–2015. All registrants will be verified with the Godby High School Registrar to confirm graduation dates. A Godby Graduate (1990–2015) who is attending Godby MEGA Reunion 2026 may purchase one additional ticket for a PLUS-ONE guest.
Q: Can I purchase a ticket at the gate?
A: No. Deadline for ticket registration is Friday, June 5th, 7pm. Only guests who are registered and included on the final guest list will be admitted.
Q: What's the style of event?
A: Think family reunion meets summer barbecue: laid-back, fun, and full of good energy. We’ve created a spaces where guests can relax, connect, eat great food, and enjoy music and games throughout the day.

Q: What should I bring?
A: Family Reunion meets Summer Barbecue: You may bring a cooler, chair, portable fan, table, games, non-alcoholic beverages, and/or charcoal grill.
Q. Can I bring alcohol?
A: No. Alcohol is prohibited.
Q: Does my class have a tent?
A: Tents will be provided for all classes. Classes with 20+ registrants will receive a dedicated tent. Classes with fewer than 20 registrants will be grouped with 2–3 other classes. Each tent includes one 6ft or 8ft table and a limited number of chairs. Since tents will be provided on-site, bringing a personal tent is not necessary. However, attendees who wish to bring their own tent may do so, provided it does not exceed 10' x 20' and is fully set up prior to the start of the event. See EVENT DAY for more information.
Q: How do I get a MEGA Reunion t-shirt?
A: Option 1 - If you purchased your Godby Graduate ticket on or before April 1st, you will receive a free t-shirt with your registration. You may pick up your t-shirt Friday, June 5th (Godby High Media Center: 4pm-7pm), or at the North Florida Fairgrounds on event-day. Email us at godbymegareunion@gmail.com if you need to confirm your purchase date.
Option 2 - (The Store is Closed) If you purchased your shirt online on or before May 25th (8am), you may pick up your t-shirt Friday, June 5th (Godby High Media Center: 4pm-7pm), or at the North Florida Faigrounds on event-day.
Q: When can I pick-up my T-Shirt?
A: For Godby Graduates only, who purchased a ticket on or before April 1st and/or anyone submitted an online order on or before May 25th (8am).

If someone else will be picking up your T-shirt on your behalf, you must provide proof that you have authorized them to do so. Please send them an email stating that you give permission for (pick-up person's name) to pick up your shirt. The email must be sent from an account that clearly identifies your by name. The person picking up the shirt must show the email to a Committee Member at pickup.
No exceptions.
Q. Will there be a hotel room block?

Q: What if I attended Adult Ed, Florida Virtual, received a GED or Certificate of Completion?
A: Non-Traditional Graduates of Amos P. Godby (APG) High School or graduates with an alternative pathway from APG are invited to attend. This would indicate you completed your education at Godby High School but followed a different route or program to receive your degree. As an example, Ed Options or Certificate of Completion pathways of APG are accepted.
Adult Ed (GED) or Florida Virtual School are NOT eligible. In this case, we encourage you to connect with a Godby Graduate and attend as their PLUS ONE.
Q: What does my ticket pay for?
A: Your ticket covers admission and helps offset event costs, including the venue, law enforcement, sound, tents, DJs, and other related expenses.
Q: I purchased a ticket. Where can I find it?
A: You should have received an email confirmation from Eventbrite. The ticket is located at the very bottom of the email. Or you can access it from the Eventbrite app.
Q: My ticket confirmation doesn't have the correct name on it. How do I fix this?
A: For all registrations, the ticket confirmation will display the Purchaser or Ticket Holder's Name. This is an Eventbrite process.
Godby Graduate Ticket: If you entered your information on the order form correctly, everything is documented on our end.
PLUS-ONE Ticket: If you entered both your information and your guest’s information correctly, everything is documented on our end.
Q: Are tickets refundable? What if it rains?
A: No. Tickets on non-refundable. We have a large indoor facility on site that will be used in the event of inclement weather.
Q: TICKET-TRANSFER or RESELL. I purchased a ticket but I won't be able to attend. What should I do?
A: Reselling is prohibited. Registration details must match the ticket holder at check-in. If you need to transfer your ticket, email godbymegareunion@gmail.com with the new attendee’s name, email, and phone number ..no later than Wednesday, June 3rd. All Godby Graduate (1990–2015) and PLUS-ONE requirements still apply.
Q: What is the age limit?
A: All participants must be at least 21 years old and will be required to issue a Photo ID (Driver's License, Passport), prior to entrance.
Q: How was the graduation date range decided?
A: Our committee is highly committed to providing a safe experience for everyone. Safety and planning guide our decisions — but our vision is for every Cougar to be part of this MEGA celebration. Due to crowd control, we simply cannot invite everyone.
We know many of you outside this year’s class range were hoping to be included, and we feel you. Please know this isn’t about leaving anyone out — it’s about making sure we grow safely and responsibly. That’s why we’re working diligently to expand the invitation list each year. This is just the beginning of something truly MEGA, and with your support, we’ll get there together.
**The class range will always end with the latest class that has already had the opportunity to host its 10-year reunion ...as the 10-year is a traditional reunion to enjoy as a single class.**
Q: What should I do if my class does not fall into the 1990-2015 range?
A: We’re continually working to grow our invitation list each year in a safe and thoughtful way. In the meantime, we encourage you to stay connected by following our Facebook page and joining our Mailing List.
Q: How did the committee decide on the June 6th date for the event?
A: When planning an event for 1,000+ attendees in Tallahassee, our committee faced a few key challenges — namely, finding a venue that could comfortably accommodate such a large group, offer both indoor and outdoor spaces, and still be available during the summer months (the time period most alumni indicated as their preference in our recent poll). After reviewing several options, the June 6th weekend turned out to be the best available combination of space, timing, and amenities to create the kind of experience we all look forward to.
We know this option won’t work for everyone, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding. Please know that your feedback matters — we’re listening carefully and doing our best to balance everyone’s needs while keeping the event exclusive, memorable, and enjoyable.
Q: How is the MEGA Reunion committee chosen?
A: The Inaugural (2024) Committee: A post on our Godby MEGA Reunion Facebook Group page was generated asking for volunteers. A 25-member committee was established. For the 2026 MEGA Reunion, applications were submitted. Committee members voted on and selected members whose unique set of skills and experiences best aligned with the current needs of the team.
