Looking to become a vendor at MEGA Reunion 2026? We're excited to hear from you! Please fill out our application form to be considered. We're committed to providing our attendees with the best experience possible, and we believe that local businesses and vendors play a crucial role in making that happen.

Vendor Exhibition Booth Application

Information and Requirements

When: Saturday, June 6th, 2026 (2pm-8pm)

Where: North Florida Fairgrounds

Participants: 21 years old+

Cost: $100 per space

  • Booth space is limited. Applications will be accepted for review until Sunday, May 10th, 2026.

  • Vendors must have an ACTIVE Sunbiz registration. 

  • Indoor Vendor booths are 10’x10’. Outdoor booths are 10'x20x. All equipment must fit within the designated booth space. 

  • An email indicating acceptance in the MEGA Reunion will be sent out upon application approval. 

  • As representatives of Amos P. Godby High School, the following items are not permitted: Alcohol, firearms, Cannabis/tobacco products, lewd/explicit contexts, or other goods and services deemed inappropriate for minors.

  • NO SALE OF BEVERAGES. The Fairground maintains a license with Pepsi, who will provide all non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic Beverages will be sold by an independent licensed company.
