This page is dedicated to EVENT DAY, Saturday June 22nd, to give you insight into what to expect. This is our first MEGA Reunion, so we appreciate your patience and grace. It is our hope to provide you with a model and resources to make Godby MEGA Reunion a memorable experience. MEGA Reunion policies are established to keep you safe and ensure proper order for smooth operations.

All participants are expected to honor event policies. 
Failure to comply is grounds for immediate vacation of the premises.

Classes with 25 or more registrants will be provided an exclusive tent. 'Less than 24 registrants will be grouped with 2-3 classes. Each tent will come with a 6ft or 8ft table and a limited number of chairs.

 

Classes that are grouped together may choose to, instead, bring their own tent or purchase one from our Tent Vendor (please email us at godbymegareunion@gmail.com for Tent Vendor information).

FAQ

Q: What's the style of event?

A: FAMILY REUNION meets SUMMER BARBECUE.

Q: What do I need for check-in?

A: ALL participants must provide their name and a Driver's License to confirm ID and Date of Birth (21+). We encourage you to provide a hard or electronic copy of your ticket in case of discrepancies. 

Q. Can I bring alcohol?

A: No. Outside alcohol is prohibited. There will be a bartender on site (Cash Bar).

Q: I purchased a ticket. Where can I find it?

A: You should have received an email confirmation from Eventbrite. The ticket is located at the very bottom of the email. Or you can access it from the Eventbrite app.

Q: My ticket confirmation doesn't have the correct name on it. How do I fix this?

A: For all registrations, the ticket confirmation will list the name of the the person who purchased the ticket (Billing Info). This is an Eventbrite process.

 

GODBY GRADUATE: If you entered your information correctly on the order form, as the Godby Graduate who is attending, we have your information documented on our end.

PLUS-ONE: If you entered your information (Godby Graduate) and your Plus-One's information correctly on the order form, we have everything documented on our end.

Q: What does my ticket pay for?

A: Your ticket will cover Admission and a Class Reunion T-Shirt (Deadline May 25th to receive a t-shirt). It also helps cover costs associated with this event: venue, Law Enforcement, sound, outdoors restrooms, tents, lights, DJ, and other expenses.

Q: Are tickets refundable? What if it rains?

A: No. Tickets on non-refundable. We have a large indoor facility on site that will be used in the event of inclement weather. 

Q: TICKET-TRANSFER. I purchased a ticket but I won't be able to attend. What should I do? 

A: Registration information must match that of the ticket-holder at check-in. If you are unable to attend or need to change the name of your PLUS-ONE, be sure to contact us at godbymegareunion@gmail.com with the new name, email, and phone number by Wednesday, June 19th. Godby Graduate (1993-2013) and age limit (21+) requirements still apply.

Q: What should I bring?

A: FAMILY REUNION meets SUMMER BARBECUE: Cooler, chair, small tent, fan, table, non-alcoholic beverages, charcoal grill, tent decorations, etc.  

Q: What will be provided?

A: Classes with 25 or more registrants will be provided an exclusive tent. 'Less than 24 registrants will be grouped with 2-3 classes. Each tent will come with a 6ft or 8ft table and a limited number of chairs.

 

Classes that are grouped together may choose to bring their own tent or purchase one from our Tent Vendor (please email us at godbymegareunion@gmail.com for Tent Vendor information).

 

Food trucks, chairs (limited), electric fans (limited), tables (limited), and recreation games will also be provided.

Q: Which Food Trucks will be there?

A: Leola's Crab Shack, Oh Lemonade, Madison's Scoop of Paradice, Fryson's Kitchen, Tasty Love

Q: How do I get a MEGA Reunion t-shirt?

A: Option 1: If you purchased your Godby Graduate ticket before May 25th, you will receive a t-shirt with your registration. You may pick up your t-shirt Friday, June 21st (location and time TBD), or at the venue on event-day. Email us at godbymegareunion@gmail.com if you need to confirm your purchase date.

Option 2: STORE CLOSED. See option #3.

If you purchased your ticket on or after May 25th, you will not receive a t-shirt (even if you were prompted to provide your size on the registration form-technical issues). If you want a t-shirt, you can purchase it here. If you wish to receive it in time for the Reunion, be sure to place your order by 8am, Thursday, June 13th (the online store will close). You may pick up your t-shirt Friday, June 21st (location and time TBD), or at the venue on event-day.

Option 3: If you want a t-shirt and wish to have it shipped to you, you may purchase your t-shirt on online. This store will close 8am, Thursday, June 27th. Shirts will be shipped 10-12 days after the store closes.

Q: When can I pick-up my T-Shirt?

A: For Godby Graduates only, who purchased a ticket before May 25th and/or submitted an online order before June 14th.

If you need someone to pick-up your t-shirt, they must show proof of your permission: Send them an email stating you give them (pick-up person's name) permission to pick-up your shirt. The email must be sent from your account. No exceptions.

​

Shipping for t-shirts ordered prior to June 14th is not available at this time.
